If you’re struggling to get through, waiting on an answer, or wondering why your call hasn’t been returned, you’re not alone. Before assuming the worst, ask yourself a few quick questions:

• Are you calling during working hours? (Monday–Thursday, 1pm–11pm)
• Could your question be answered more efficiently via text, WhatsApp, or email?
• Are you calling the correct number — office or personal?
• Is your request genuinely urgent, or could it wait until the current task is completed?
• Are there any outstanding payments, missing information, or agreed actions still awaiting your response?
• Have you already received the information and simply need to refer back to it?
• Have we previously tried contacting you without success?

In the meantime, we recommend:

• Allow up to 24 hours for a callback or WhatsApp response.
• Check previous messages in case we’ve already asked for information from you.
• Remember that while your project is important, we’re often balancing multiple projects at the same time.
• Most importantly, keep your sense of humour.
